I made this yesterday on bandlab. Combined some loops and "mc euphoria" was born. If you want a specific sound from this, i will be posting everything i used later. Use it or not it's up to you. . . :). (volume warning).
Preparing food in the kitchen. Pouring rice into pan, boiling water, warming food in the microwave, chopping vegetables. Recorded using internal mics of marantz pmd661mkiii, minimal post-processing (hpf, limiting) in reaper.
Created using lmms ( linux multimedia studio ). Here i have used zynaddsubfx for the hoover type sound and 3 instances of glitch2 vst on the drum loop that i created. There is some compression, stereo widening and side-chaining used also. ( i used a higher resolution samplerate to export this file, which created a further glitch effect on the glitch2 vst,i believe it is maybe hardcoded to 41000hz or perhaps lmms can't handle higher sample rates on vst plugins ).

It sounds like a the last few strokes of a saw going into a rusted metal pipe with water on the inside. It's actually the sound of pulling closed my sink stopper. . . Go figure. Recorded on an early summer day in poland, very close to a construction site of a big apartment block at the coast of puck bay with my tascam dr 22, you will hear even the clicking of the big power switches of a crane that swung by from time to time :-).

This was recorded in a woodshop with a loud dust collector going on, so it's not the cleanest recording. But if you need a noisy, nasty sounding mechanical thing then this'll do it.
